Notes of tasting
Nice bright dress having a nuance of evolution.

Animal notes (phasant, leather) prevail in the nose, then become blurred during aeration, to the advantage of aromes of dry fruits, butter and yellow tobacco.
Aroma is cool and lively, tannins present but melted in a muscular environment.
Group has a certain character and even as dominant feature illustrates leather in mouth.
It should evolve favourably during another 10 years to see 15 years.

Notes of tasting
Wine in the dress rubis shimmering and intense, going of a bluish black colour towards a shade eggplant to purple colour, with no sign of evolution on the gradation which remained on its colour primary carmin.
In the nose the wine expresses a superb delicacy which is conjugated with so much elegance. Under aromas lightly grilled you will find him notes of blackcurrant, blackberries and whortleberries. Then the wine opens with notes more complex, pepper, vanilla, coffee and yellow tobacco. Then arrive from thirst-quenching aromas of mint and liquorice, the whole on an ubiquitous note of flowers, pink, purple.
In mouth, the attack is flexible, round and especially based on a velvety and fruity material. Then the wine heads for a still fine structure. They find all fruity flaveurs that we had in the nose with in final the return of spices, mint.
This wine can be savoured with a weak potential to keep.

Gastronomy Rib of beef grilled in sarments, red beef, lamb’s cutlets in thyme, stew of monkfish in smoked bacon cubes, duck breast of duck in ceps, cheeses to pronounced taste.

Dress of a nice intense rubis.
The nose, of good intensity expresses itself by aromas of type leather of grain and red fruits (strawberries).
In mouth, this wine appears aromatic with mentholated notes, the attack is round followed by a rather lively evolution.
Group gives an impression of elegance and freshness.
Gastronomy Pheasant, fowl, grilling, beef, cheeses to pronounced taste.

Notes of tasting
Nice cherry-red, red dress in orangy colours.
Nose of good intensity is dominated by animal notes, of smoke and red fruits.
The attack in mouth is dense; the wine is structured, tannic with a final still a little bit hard
It is a rich wine, rather lively wine, typically to keep who requires a time of ageing of at least 5 years to be able to begin expressing any its potential.

Very nice colour garnet
Powerful nose, red fruits like blackcurrant, morello cherries.
In mouth, very present tannins, one grilled nice, good length. Round dance with a lot of suppleness and fruits.
It is a wine which is worth being waited to express itself completely. To suffer in 6 - 10 years.
